Dawn arrived and Zhou Yuan had long left the imperial palace under the escort of a squadron full of imperial guards heading towards the northwest portion of the Great City of Zhou where Zhou Academy was situated in.
Zhou Qing personally ordered the development and construction of the academy’s infrastructure—transferring experts from the army to become teachers thereafter. And when the academy accepts new students, it does not discriminate between the status amongst people that even mere commoners could enter. At the front gate of the academy, guards dressed in plated armors vigorously checked the identity plate of each individual entering. Such strict dogmatic procedures did not apply to Zhou Yuan. Within the Great Zhou City, there was none who did not recognize His Royal Highness.
