Synopsis
At the tender age of ten, Marina stumbles upon her destiny within the ornate halls of the Imperial Palace, where she encounters a teary-eyed boy over a game of chess. Their sweet, fairytale-like moments together are fleeting, yet they ignite a flicker of first love, which lingers in Marina’s heart as a cherished memory.
Fast forward to eighteen-year-old Marina, who, feeling betrayed by her fiancé, decides to chase her lifelong dream of serving in a government office. However, she quickly discovers that life within the Imperial Palace is far from straightforward. Encountering twists and turns at every corner, Marina’s journey is exhausting, but the hope of reuniting with her childhood companion fuels her determination.
